UnionGrid SolarLLC (“UnionGrid,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit uniongridsolar.com or submit a lead form on our website, on Meta (Facebook or Instagram), or on Google, how we use that information, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect

We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share your information
We share information only with parties that help us run the business or that we’re required to share with by law:
- Service providers that host our website, deliver our forms, run our analytics, route leads, and send communications on our behalf (for example, Cloudflare, Google, Meta, Formcarry, and our CRM tools).

4. Cookies, pixels, and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels and browser local storage) to make the site work, remember your preferences, measure performance, and personalize advertising.
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for site analytics and ad measurement.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) for ad measurement, retargeting, and conversion tracking. The Pixel reports event data to Meta when you submit a form or take other actions on our site.
- Microsoft Advertising tags and click identifiers when you arrive from a Bing ad.
- First-party attribution storagein your browser’s localStorage to remember where you came from (UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, msclkid) so we can credit the right marketing channel.
You can control or block cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized ads from Meta in your Meta Ad Preferences and from Google at adssettings.google.com.
5. Meta lead forms (instant forms)
If you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta will share the information you submitted — typically your name, email, and phone number — with UnionGrid so that we can follow up with you about the service you asked about. Meta’s own privacy policy covers how they collect and store data on their platform. Once we receive the lead from Meta, this Privacy Policy governs how we use the information.
6. Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number on a form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, or pre-recorded message about your inquiry, including using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, to provide ongoing services, to comply with legal obligations, or to resolve disputes. Inactive leads are typically deleted or anonymized within 36 months.
